We believe that God loves the poor. This is why we have made it out duty to make impact in the lives of the poor in ways that can be felt.

Orphanages

Educational Support: Our foundation provides scholarships, school supplies, and educational resources to orphanages and children in need. Our schools are 99% subsidized. This support can empower them with the tools they need for a better future.
Healthcare Assistance: We arrange for regular health check-ups, vaccinations, and access to healthcare services for the children. We also ensure they have a safe and healthy environment to thrive.
Emotional Well-being: Our implemented programs focus on the mental and emotional well-being of orphaned children. This could include counseling services, recreational activities, and mentorship programs.

Correctional Centers

Rehabilitation Programs: We support rehabilitation programs within correctional centers to help inmates acquire new skills, education, and training for better reintegration into society upon release.
Legal Aid: We offer legal aid and counseling services to inmates, ensuring they understand their rights and have access to fair legal representation.
Bail Support: We offer bail support to those who lack the financial means to secure their release by helping in paying bail fees, we ensure that individuals are not unfairly detained due to financial constraints, promoting a fair and equitable legal system.

Widows

Economic Empowerment: Our programmes offer training and resources to widows and less privileged women, enabling them to start or sustain small businesses and become financially independent.
Emotional Support: We establish support groups and counseling services to address the emotional needs of widows, helping them cope with loss and rebuild their lives.
Healthcare Assistance: Provide access to healthcare services, including regular check-ups and screenings, to ensure the well-being of widows.

Petty Traders

Microfinance and Business Training: We provide microfinance opportunities and business training to empower petty traders to expand their businesses and improve their financial stability.
Market Access: Help connect petty traders with larger markets and distribution networks to enhance their reach and profitability.
Financial Literacy: Conduct workshops and training sessions on financial management to ensure that petty traders can effectively manage their income and savings.

Red Street Girls

We have taken on the crucial task of rehabilitating ex-sex workers. Recognizing the complexities and challenges faced by individuals seeking to leave the sex industry, OYHWF is dedicated to providing comprehensive support. This includes access to counseling, vocational training, and opportunities for personal development, empowering these individuals to build a new and fulfilling life outside of the sex trade.
By partnering with the Daughters of Zion Ministry, we also provide holistic support including mental health services, housing assistance, and job training, to address the multifaceted challenges these individuals may face.
